Fun fact
The vibrant orange color originally came from crushed tamarind seeds or spices, though today, many vendors enhance it with food coloring. Traditionally brewed strong, strained over crushed ice, and topped with evaporated or condensed milk — this drink is Thailand’s beloved street-side refreshment.
